The suggested remedies--less alcohol, coffee, smoking, stress-- are laughable. This is a serious condition, which sometimes devastates the life of its victims. Stress reduction, and the other remedies they suggest, while certainly laudable in their own right, are difficult to achieve. And, even if you can reduce stress, or alcohol consumption, you will, in all likelihood, still suffer from bruxism.
